Balanced stay with a few hiccups

the room had big windows and i like that it felt new. the staff was friendly, i found that quite charmed. free coffee was available in the lobby, it was a nice touch.
the hotel room didn't have proper cleaning , for 5 nights. i wasn't given fresh towels, a problem. the reception didnt tell me about breakfast upon check-in.
